• I-95 South to Jacksonville. I-95 comes in from the North Georgia cities and also from the West via I-10.  If you are coming from the North, i.e. Georgia via I-95, stay in the left hand lane when you see Jacksonville.  If you are coming from west Georgia, it is best to take I-10 to I-95 south in Jacksonville. If you are taking I-95, simply stay on I-95 and pass by downtown on your left over the river.  South on I-75 is a good way to get to I-10 east. Once you have reached I-95 south, stay on this interstate and pass by downtown Jacksonville on your left. Follow the signs on I-95 that says Jacksonville Beaches/Daytona Beach.  Go over the river bridge.  Then get in the right lane.  You will get off to the right on Exit 349 which says Jacksonville Beaches.  This road is also called Route 90 and will turn into Beach Blvd.  Stay in the right hand lane on Beach Blvd for approximately 3 miles until you come to the large intersection of University Blvd.  Cross over and go through this intersection and take the first road on the right after University Blvd. which is Hickman road.  Go approximately 1-2 blocks to a four way stop sign.  At this stop sign, turn left.  You are now in the private Samuel Wells Medical complex.   Follow the road around the buildings and we are located on the left in Building 1200.  As always, if you have any questions or need assistance, please call 800-733-7993 or 904-398-8005.

• If you come from the South on University for some reason, there are two other clinics that are located on the University Blvd and commonly have numerous protesters on the street.  THIS IS NOT OUR FACILITY SO KEEP DRIVING RIGHT BY THEM.  Our facility is not able to be seen from the street, as it is located directly behind the Memorial Hospital in a private medical complex, which is accessed by turning into the emergency entrance to the hospital or by turning on Hickman Road off Beach Blvd. For your enhanced privacy, there are no signs visible from University Blvd representing our facility.
   
  
• If you turn right at this hospital entrance which also has a green street sign which indicates Samuel Wells Drive. It will seem as though you are turning into the emergency entrance to the hospital due to our location, but we are behind the hospital in a secure and private medical complex.
   
  
• After you turn right, follow the road into the complex which will take you under a pedestrian overpass walkway between Brooks Rehab Center (on your left) and the emergency entrance to Memorial Hospital (on your right). Follow this road which will lead you to a 4 way stop sign.
   
  
• At the stop sign, go straight and you have entered the Samuel Wells Medical Complex. You will have a slight bend to the right and then you will drive through to the second building from the end on the left. The numbers of the building will increase as you drive further into the complex. Our facility is clearly marked with our name on the front and a large 1200 on the side.

• I-95 North to Jacksonville. Exit 345 (Bowden Road to University Blvd.) At the bottom of the ramp turn right, then at the first light (Spring Park) turn left. Spring Park road will take you to University Blvd.
   
  
• Turn right onto University Blvd.
   
  Once you have exited I-95 and have reached University Blvd, these are the directions which will lead you directly to the facility.
   
  
• Go 1.5 miles to 3599 University Boulevard S. Look for a large hospital called Memorial Hospital.  You will pass a variety of shops and strip mall plazas. You will also pass 3 facilities that patients get confused by.  Pay close attention to the names as these facilites ARE NOT FLORIDA WOMEN'S CENTER.  The first confusing name is an anti-abortion clinic call "Women's Help Center".  Pass on by this one.  Then you will pass two older clinics that have similar names.  Both have street visibility and unfortunately are commonly picketted by abortion protesters on the street.   As with the anti-abortion facility, just pass right by because this is not our privately located facility.  If you have not reached the large Memorial Hospital, then you are not there.  That makes it easy to recognize.  Soon, on your right ,you will see a very large facility which is Memorial Hospital. There are three entrances to the hospital and you need to go to the third entrance, which will have a green sign showing the "Emergency Entrance/Samuel Wells Medical Complex."
